To say we are excited about our first official BBQ Pop-Up would be an understatement.  The fact that we sold out in less than 5 hours is absolutely unbelievable.  We will be hosting our event at The Woburn Elks.  This is hopefully the first of many we plan to do at the Elks.  We are offering a menu that is out of this world.  Classic BBQ with smoked prime beef brisket, St. Louis style spare ribs, mac n cheese, sweet vinegar slaw and cheddar jalapeno cornbread with maple butter.  As always, we are also providing our scratch made pickled red onions and BBQ sauce.  Stay tuned next month for pictures and a recap on this groundbreaking pop up!
